A 75 years old patient was having right side paralysis. The patient had lost control over the urine. He was diagnosed to have brain tumor. Dr, Ashwin Kunjan Agay suggested him to undergo the surgery to which the patient agreed. The surgery was successful and now patient can walk.

The patient, Manjiri was suffering from the back pain radiating to leg. It was difficult for her to stand or even to sit. Dr. Pravin Survase on her and excised the lumbar disk through small incision. Immediately after surgery, Manjiri was able to walk without limping and sensation of pain.
